Workflow for signing and tracking B2B contracts.
Overview
In this project, I was responsible for conducting UX research, designing the interface, building the prototype, and running usability testing.
The team’s goal was to create a mobile journey for signing and tracking product contracts for corporate clients (B2B), within the app’s business account version.
We held several alignment meetings to understand the current journey on the web platform, which allowed me to design a new mobile flow that could potentially bring improvements to the web experience as well.
Finally, I was able to validate accessibility requirements and map out A/B testing opportunities with users.
